A full body checkup bundles several panels into one convenient booking. A complete blood count (CBC) looks at your red cells, white cells, and platelets. A lipid profile measures cholesterol and triglycerides, which relate to heart health. Liver and kidney panels check how well those organs are clearing waste. Thyroid tests (T3, T4, TSH) reveal how your metabolism is regulated, and a fasting glucose or HbA1c reading screens for diabetes risk. You do not need to memorise every value — focus on whether a result sits inside the reference range printed next to it, and talk through anything flagged with your doctor.
