Yes. Home collection is free for all bookings. You only pay for the tests you choose.
Each test page lists its requirements. Some tests need fasting (usually 8–12 hours); water is fine. Follow the instructions shown before booking.
Most reports are ready within 24–48 hours of collection and appear in your dashboard, where you can download them as PDF.
Absolutely. That is the whole point — compare prices and turnaround across our accredited partner labs and pick the one you prefer.
You can pay online securely, or where available, choose to pay at the time of collection.
