1. Services

LabNest is a technology platform that connects you with accredited diagnostic labs and facilitates home sample collection. We are not a diagnostic lab ourselves; testing is performed by our partner labs. Reports are generated by those labs.

2. Bookings and eligibility

You must provide accurate personal, contact and address details when booking. You are responsible for being available at the chosen collection slot. Some tests require preparation (such as fasting); it is your responsibility to follow the instructions shown for each test.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown per lab and may change. Payment can be made online or, where enabled, at the time of collection. Coupons and offers are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Reports

Reports are provided for informational purposes and are not a diagnosis or a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor to interpret your results and decide on any treatment.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel a booking before the sample is collected, subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for delays or errors caused by partner labs, though we will always help resolve issues in good faith.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
